All fees paid for consultations and services, including Numerology, Astrology, Vastu Shastra guidance, and Healing sessions, are non-refundable once the service has been booked, scheduled, or delivered.
As these services are personalized and based on individual analysis and spiritual guidance, refunds will not be provided for:
- Change of mind after booking
- Dissatisfaction due to personal expectations
- Perceived delay in results, as outcomes may vary from person to person
However, if a session is cancelled by our team due to unavoidable circumstances, clients may choose to:

2. Spiritual Products
For physical spiritual products purchased through our website:
- Refund or replacement requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
